Prepare for your trip

What to check before you go, so on travel day all you have to do is enjoy it.

Before every trip we send you your full itinerary and go over the details with you. This guide helps you arrive with everything ready.

Documents and passport

Passport valid at least 6 months past your return date, with two blank pages.
Check entry requirements and visas for every country on the trip: they change often.
Minors traveling without one of their parents may need a notarized consent letter.
Keep a digital copy of your passport and bookings on your phone and in your email.

Your booking

Check names, dates and times on the itinerary we send you: they must match your passport.
Confirm any change with us, and the date of your final payment.
Keep confirmation numbers for hotels, transfers and tours at hand.

Flights

Check in online as soon as it opens, usually 24 hours before.
Get to the airport 3 hours early for international flights and 2 hours for domestic ones.
Review the baggage rules of your fare before packing.

Money and phone

Tell your bank the dates and countries of your trip.
Bring a card with no foreign transaction fees and some local cash.
Turn on an international plan or an eSIM so you have data when you land.

Before you lock the door

Medicines, chargers and a plug adapter in your carry-on.
Download your boarding passes and offline maps of your destination.
